Pet Acceptance: Cats and dogs up to 15 pounds.

Pet Deposit: $300 per pet refundable after vacating if there are no damages.

Pet Fee: One time non-refundable fee of $100.00.

Smoking: Smoking restrictions are enforced. This property is smoke free inside the townhomes and garages and within 15 feet of all buildings on property.
